Are you a driven individual with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a talented Ads Operations Manager to join our SEA team, specializing in Microsoft advertising. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and possesses a deep understanding of performance marketing and data-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance
• Audit existing or new Ad accounts to identify opportunities
• Regular calls/meetings with existing or potential clients
• Keep CRM system updated
• Determine new effective ways of delivering results that boost sales and deeper engagement as well as customer retention

Core Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Solid analytical skills and tools technical expertise (Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft Ads, Google).
• Ability to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships with clients and Ad partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft products desired.
