We partner with our customers to remove barriers for growth, create loyalty to the ebay marketplace through understanding the needs of seller businesses, taking ownership, and driving Seller profitability.

Job Summary

The Growth Advisor teammate will be driving adoption of eBay's Promoted Listings product with B2C sellers to proactively enable marketplace revenue. This will be achieved by developing tailored support plans for up to one quarter to ensure each business achieves its advertising growth goals on eBay.com. The growth advisor will be the single point of contact for promoted listing queries during these 12 weeks and will perform adoption reviews to ensure the success of each customer.

A drive for results is essential to the role's success and high competency to work within a busy and ever-changing environment and under your initiative. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to sell through service by up-selling, cross-selling various products, features, and promotions through service and value-add based approach. This role will focus on supporting our extension into Brand/B2C seller categories and verticals based on scaling needs.

You will

  • Be the primary point of contact of support for sellers to adopt CPC (Cost Per Click) over a 12-week rotation period
  • Help customers through email, phone, and online meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers, stakeholders, and global customer service leaders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external team members
  • Forecast and track account metrics
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our products
  • Responsible for working with the BU (Business Units) to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

You are

  • Proficient in the English Language with 4+ years in a customer facing environment.
  • Business mindset and strong record or achieving and surpassing targets

  • Strong working knowledge of internal and external PC based systems and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Unify, Agent Desktop, Salesforce, Hive)
