Job Description

2-3 years in operations (Advance associate)

Excellent knowledge of R2R cycle – advance associate

Should have worked on ERP previously (SAP/Oracle etc.)- advance associate

Should have been part of one onsite transition (Sr. Associate). Good to have for advance associate but not necessary.

Qualifications

Hands on working on excel and word– advance associate

Good communication skills –Voice & e-mail– advance associate

Fluent English language– advance & associate

Flexible with shifts

Experience in working in team environment

Should have experience in quality checking - advance Associate

Previous experience of finance shared service – advance associate

Process improvement understanding – advance & associate

GB or yellow belt in six sigma – Added advantage
