Advanced Practitioner - CVICU position in beautiful Charleston, SC! Weekend and night shift differential offered

Roper St. Francis Healthcare is recruiting Nurse Practitioners with CVICU experience!

• Under the supervision of the sponsoring physician, the Cardiovascular ICU Advanced Practitioner assists in coordinating and providing care to patients along the continuum of hospitalization.
• This position primarily works in an inpatient, intensive care unit-based position, with hospital exposure during code blue team participation and consultations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner (NP) program accredited by an appropriate agency recognized by the South Carolina State Board of Medical Examiners (SCSBME).

Experience: Experience as a NP in a hospital setting required. Strongly prefer at least 2 years in cardiovascular intensive care, working under the direction/supervision of cardiac surgeon, cardiologist or cardiac intensivist.

Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed and/or certified by appropriate agencies as required by state law. Must be licensed by SCSBME. Must have current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider and ACLS Provider Cards.
