Join our Roper St. Francis Healthcare Hospice team, offering home care and virtual visits to Hospice patients in Charleston County.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practitioner with hospice or palliative care
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Rounding in homes and on general inpatient Hospice patients
- Mileage reimbursed
- No call requirements
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement
- CME Allowance
- Roper St. Francis Healthcare is a not-for-profit organization and qualifies for PSLF
