Advanced Social Systems Designer (Unannounced Project)

We are looking for a Social Systems Designer to advance and detail all systems designs related to social interaction through the project's Vertical Slice phase and into production. They work closely with the Lead Designer to continue our franchise traditions of prosocial designs that foster positive player interactions and a warm, welcoming community. Day-to-day, they will lead multi-disciplinary teams to prototype, implement, and iterate social features as we expand the scope of our playtesting audience. 

Basic Role Qualifications

• Previous experience building social gameplay experiences where players interact outside of combat.
• Previous experience and/or strong fundamental knowledge of continuous engagement design such as reward or progression systems.
• Previous experience designing for gamepads or consoles.
• Background or deep interest in social, cognitive, or behavioral science

We are open to remote work in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MA, MD, NC, NV, NY OR, TX, UT and WA or onsite/hybrid/flex at our office in Bellevue, WA.

The salary range for this position in is $95,000 - $165,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential. Please note that the salary shown is a general guideline only. We take into consideration the geography in which you live and your experience and qualifications when determining final salary.
