Advanced Software Engineer in Data

We are seeking an Advanced Software Engineer in Data who is deeply passionate about hands-on technical development without the desire to pursue management.
This role requires collaboration with technical teams to devise, develop, and deploy scalable solutions ready for production that address complex systems. The ideal candidate should be an expert capable of leading software development with a commitment to high-quality outputs and engaging directly with stakeholders to tackle technical challenges, providing innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable, production-ready solutions
• Lead the development of high-quality software while ensuring best practices in coding and architecture
• Apply cross-disciplinary knowledge to address complex challenges across various domains
• Architect and manage large-scale systems aligning with business and scalability needs
• Consult on technical strategies with clients, contributing to architecture design and problem-solving
• Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in the engineering community
• Keep abreast with latest technology trends and incorporate cutting-edge tools into projects
• Participate in presales activities showcasing technical expertise
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies to improve processes

Requirements

• Core Expertise: Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, applying skills across technical domains
• T-Shape Knowledge: Background in Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, Data, Security, Architecture, Performance Optimization
• Cross-Stack Proficiency: Skills in multiple technical stacks and quick adaptation to new technologies
• Platform Experience: Focused on writing scalable, efficient code optimized for production environments
• Innovative Mindset: Familiarity with frameworks like TRIZ for developing engineering solutions
• Hands-On Expert: Daily hands-on coding solving complex technical problems
• System Thinking: Qualifications in system architecture and detailed implementation capabilities
• Impactful: Track record of delivering significant technical impact and leading client engagements or pre-sales
