Advanced Tech Support Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Advanced Tech Support Intern in our Apodaca (PIIT), Nuevo León location.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Learn the main features and most common applications of a Schneider Electric product family
• Provide remote support (emails, chats, web) to internal and external clients on simple technical questions.
• Creation of cross references of Schneider Electric products vs products of other brands.
• Support in activities of installation, uninstallation and setup of equipment in the laboratories.
• Monitor the status of cases that require more analysis time (advanced technical support).

This job might be for you if:

• You are studying a major in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or related engineering
• Your graduation date is December 2025 or later.
• You have availability to work 30 hours a week in the morning.
• You speak, read and write in English fluently.
• You have good communication skills.
• You are interested in developing yourself in a professional career where you apply your skills and technical knowledge.
