Job Description

Onsite Location: Miami Lakes, Florida

Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Advertising Analyst develops and implements the Bank's advertising, marketing, and communications programs regarding its products and services, in order to build brand awareness, increase sales/revenue and ensure clear communications across all offline and online channels. Additionally, the Advertising Analyst supports all internal communication initiatives and events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns/programs such as digital and print advertising, email, website content marketing, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Coordinate product/content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Support the Marketing team in executing marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention, cross-selling and upselling efforts.
  • Create/curate content, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand and tone of voice.
  • Assist with developing and managing content marketing programs, including website and digital channels (online/mobile banking).
  • Contributes ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques.
  • Assist in evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key performance metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns/programs.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends.
  • Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online/digital/web.
  • Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal to assess project needs and help with messaging.
  • Create and drive brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Stays informed of developments in the field of marketing and communications within the industry to foster ideas and innovation.
  • See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to execution.
  • All other assigned duties as needed within the marketing department.


QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field preferred
  • Zero tothree years related work experience
  • Demonstrated background in content management, creative writing, advertising concepting, direct mail, print, media negotiations, and digital advertising
  • Experience using a CMS for web editing and basic web programming a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Office 365
  • Basic skills or knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
