The Advertising Analytics Manager is instrumental in the constant evolution of measurement of Safelite's advertising strategy, including the development and evaluation of models and advanced analyses to drive measurable, profitable decisions designed to contribute to short term benefit and long term growth. This person approaches problems practically with a the goal of aiding strategy partners in making better, more informed decisions, combines disparate information from multiple internal and external sources to develop insights and offer recommendations, contributes to accurate holistic understanding of the customers' interaction with Safelite, and develops team members accordingly.

Essential duties:
- Works with internal and external teams to pioneer new opportunities and methodologies in advertising measurement
- Develops and executes methods of predicting and confirming the impact of constantly evolving measurement plans
- Apply basic and sophisticated computational, statistical, and modeling techniques in support of decision-making and to drive KPI improvement; techniques include predictive analysis, data mining, marketing mix modeling, attribution, incrementality, acquisition and churn analysis.
- Serves as direct and indirect analytical leader of other individuals. Educate and coach team members as appropriate.
- Develop and present the story the data is telling for leadership and key business stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field preferred
- Experience in working with advertising agency partners preferred
- Experience with modeling and working with top down (mixed media) and/or bottoms up (fractional attribution) models with application towards advertising strategy preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
- Ability to write SQL and experience using analytics software such as R, Python, SAS.
- Experience with any industry leading BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos is a preferred.
