Advertising Designer - Graphic & Video Ad Creator (On-Site Position)

Are you able to not only out-design, but out-market almost anyone with both graphic and video ads? We are looking for a talented ad designer for our growing and dynamic e-commerce company, working directly with our CEO and Marketing Team. 

The person who fits this role is an experienced ad designer and video ad creator with great time management skills. They understand that great marketing is different from a great looking design. Combining both is how you make a compelling advertisement, raise brand awareness, and convert more customers. Skill in photography is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research target market, competitor ads, and converting ad trends to create compelling ads in the areas of:
  • Digital Ads (Retargeting and Prospecting Ads for Social)
  • Email Ads
  • Website Heros and Supporting Imagery/Video
  • Magazine Ads
  • Video Ads / Animated Gif Ads
  • TV Ads
  • Billboards
  • And More
• Develop eye-catching campaigns with the effective use of type, photography, illustration and color
• Communicate with management or vendors to determine a project's focus or execution
• Adhere to deadlines
• Project management and development of new and existing campaigns to ensure ads are always fresh to the given audience and does not get stale
• Collaborate with teammates and provide helpful, constructive feedback 

Job Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or similar
• Must have 4+ years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing design
• High attention to detail, file organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to take direction, accept critique, and work within a fast-paced team environment 
• Flexible and resourceful with pivoting initiatives 
• Adept with changing trends and industry standards
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude
• Photography experience is a plus
