Summary of Role:

As part of AdCellerant's Product Team, our Product and Advertising Support Specialists serve as a cornerstone of our company and ensure seamless advertising operations. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with team members from various departments and directly engage with our valued customers. Operating within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, our Product team plays a critical role in multiple facets of the business.

Our team is expanding in Creative Services. As an Advertising Support Specialist, your main objective will revolve around creating visually striking creatives and providing advertising aid. Within the creative services realm, your responsibilities will include developing captivating static images, GIFs, social ads, and email HTML customized to meet our client's requirements. While proficiency in Photoshop isn't a must-have, having a sharp design intuition and a flair for innovation is vital for excelling in this position.

This role involves supervising every aspect of email campaign orders to ensure they resonate with our company's strategy and objectives. Additionally, you may lend a hand in diverse advertising support tasks, including pixel placements, conducting creative audits, and addressing general advertisement inquiries.

Clear, concise, and friendly communication is crucial. Collaboration is at the heart of this role!

Responsibilities:

• Design static image bundles for digital ads
• Craft animated gif image bundles digital ads
• Develop responsive email template HTMLs, ensuring brand consistency and optimal user experience across devices
• Create engaging social media images and carousels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to our creative projects
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, adeptly prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Support email marketing campaigns (oversee all aspects of the campaigns from HTML5 creatives to creating UTM links for Google Analytics tracking)
• Work directly with internal employees and customers to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Document procedures for future reference internally
• Maintain external documentation in our Help Center
• Identify opportunities for improvement in training or additional training for our Training Department to implement

Location Information:

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation:

Annual salary $55,000

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software like Canva, Creatopy, or equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical work approach
• Strong organizational prowess, time management skills, and adaptability to evolving project demands
• Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and a collaborative mindset, fostering learning and growth within the team environment
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
• Strong analytical skills
• The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees
• Experience in support or digital advertising is preferred
