The role of our Adviser Support Executive is primarily focused on delivering world-class service and support to our portfolio of global clients.
Job Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support for our clients in all areas of the proposition from technology to tax wrappers.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert (SME) with all things Wealth Platform (training will be provided).
• Analyse IFA behaviour to ensure that they get the best out of our platform as well as helping to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure that client feedback is captured and shared so that we can improve the products and services we offer.
• Be proactive with clients and provide quality training to maximize the users' experience.

Qualifications
Experience and soft skills:

• 3yrs+ experience in a similar role (Administration, Support, Advisory)
• Technology Savvy
• Strong communicator, team player, enthusiastic
• Ambitious with a growth mindset

Technical skills:

• An understanding of investment platforms, products & tax wrappers like SIPP or ISA would be a bonus!
• Strong Excel, data input and systems navigations skills

Hybrid Work
