We are seeking a Product management Advisor to lead product management for all analytics products, including models and predictive attributes, developed by Specialized Risk Solutions Group leveraging public record and proprietary non-FCRA data.
The role will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, performance and lifecycle management of this product suite for the enterprise. The role will have end-to-end responsibility covering analytics product strategy/innovation, business cases, requirements and definition, GTM, commercialization, ongoing product health and maintenance; leads cross-functional teams and ensures alignment across all stakeholder groups
Specialized Risk Solutions is a B2B data fusion and aggregation department that provides customers across multiple industries with information-based insights & analytics, data services, and innovative market-leading solutions. It uses proprietary data-fusion technology to fuse data from more than 10,000 public and proprietary data sources to deliver more accurate and comprehensive information on individuals, business, and assets, and their relationship with each other.

What You'll Bring:
Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end responsibility covering analytics product strategy/innovation, business requirements definition, use case prioritization, GTM planning, and ongoing product health and maintenance
  • Leads cross-functional teams and ensures alignment across all stakeholder groups
  • Owns product vision, business prioritization and roadmap; develops business cases and advocates for investment as needed, which includes partnering with Lines of Business and IT teams
  • Spends time with clients capturing VOC and applying design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs; works with product development teams writing comprehensive product epics and defining solution intent and high-level capabilities
  • Participates in Agile ceremonies, influences PI Objectives and Release content via prioritized features and enablers; has scope of authority for setting PI priorities; influences feature acceptance criteria & jointly accepts as done with Product Owner
  • Thought leader and evangelist for both external and internal audiences
  • Applies a commercial, user-centric mindset to build robust, market-back GTM strategies that are based on developing targeted needs-based market segments; informs pricing
  • Ensures the successful roll-out of new products to Market & Sales teams, supports the development and delivery of comprehensive product training
  • Monitors and analyzes product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery
  • Manages overall product health including the business prioritization of backlog, ongoing product support and product sunset strategies

Impact You'll Make:
Required Experience:
  • 7+ years of product management experience in data-centric solutions with demonstrated skill leveraging market-back product strategies grounded in Voice of Customer
  • Experience defining business requirements and developing product roadmaps for data, modeling and/or technical solutions in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication, cross-functionally and at all levels, for internal and external audiences
  • Effective analytical and quantitative skills with financial analysis experience
  • Prior success leading and collaborating with cross-functional product teams moving projects forward by tactfully holding stakeholders accountable
  • Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, and customer-centric mind-set
  • Exudes accountability, ownership and a passion about the problem their products solve
  • Solid understanding of how data, predictive modeling and information services are utilized in collections, identity verification, investigative solutions, and fraud detection and mitigation strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is preferred.
