Advisor, Finance Operations Global Finance Shared Services

This position is an Advisor, Global Finance Shared Services, Medical Customer Rebates

** This role can be remote **

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly/quarterly responsibilities related to Medical Rebates and GPO Admin Fees calculation and payout transactions, knowledge transition, and team process improvement developments
• Aid in oversight and accountability to ensure Rebate Payouts are paid timely and completely with Genpact offshore team
• Review Month-End Reconciliations and ensure Genpact completes drivers and reviews P&L impact
• Maintain and enhance SOX internal control structure
• Help transform current payout and reporting process into Vistex Implementation
• Work with manager on more complicated customer and transaction activities
• Collaboration between across the organization to properly account for transactions, including but not limited to Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Accounting and Contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in related field, Finance or similar (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in related field, including but not limited to Finance, Audit, or Accounting (preferred)
• Knowledge with SAP, Legal Contracts, and Revenue Recognition standards a plus

• Completes work independently and receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
