The Advisor Onboarding Associate I position contributes to the Level Four Onboarding team by supporting Financial Advisor(s) transition to Level Four. Under direct supervision, this role focuses in collecting, repapering and entering client accounts from prior custodian to Raymond James.

This position works on-site Monday through Friday at our Dallas, TX office.

Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Advisor Onboarding Associate I are:

• Provide clerical support during transition of new accounts
• Assist in opening new accounts by sending and tracking client paperwork
• Maintain continues communication with advisors, team members, and clients as needed
• Follow Onboarding procedures to ensure project completion
• Ensure data is entered accurately into different systems
• Organize and file onboarding documentation
• Additional duties as required

Successful Advisor Onboarding Associate I candidates will have:

Required

• Some Post-secondary Education or related work experience
• Some admin/clerical experience in office setting
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong professional communication (written and verbal) skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Beneficial but not required:

• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Raymond James
