Advisor Solumina Engineer (US Remote)

Essential Job Functions

• Client planning to implement an Out-of-the-box (OOTB) instance of Solumina iSeries version i090 at two (2) locations.
• The initial OOTB instance will have no integration points.
• The client is requesting support from a Service Integrator (SI) to support this effort.
• Provide support to the client during UAT.
• Triage issues identified by users during UAT.
• Resolve or route issues to the appropriate technical team Hypercare.
• Provide one (1) week of on-site Hypercare support for each iSeries implementation site location post-Go Live.
• Triage issues identified by users post Go Live, in coordination with the client.
• Resolve or route issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Provide governance of the Hypercare process.
• Maintains relationships with assigned customers post-integration; supports their needs and builds the relationship to encourage future growth of business with the customer.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in Solumina software in development/configuration and/or production support
• If no Solumina, application development skills like Java, and .Net will be considered
• Solumina I-Series experience is a plus
• Microsoft SQL Server or similar database experience
• Service desk or direct customer or application support experience
• Experience working with overall business/account objectives and goals

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.

At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $106,500 - $159,700.
