Advisor Success Platform Leader

The Role 

We're seeking an innovative leader to build and scale our Advisor Success Platform, focusing on practice management excellence and operational efficiency. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that drive advisor growth, optimize practice operations, and enhance the overall advisor experience at Farther.

Your Impact 

• Design and implement comprehensive practice management programs that drive advisor growth and efficiency
• Create scalable frameworks for advisor operations, including workflow optimization and technology adoption
• Develop and lead training programs focused on practice development, client service excellence, and platform utilization
• Build and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track advisor success and practice health
• Lead the creation of best practices documentation and resource libraries
• Partner with technology teams to identify and implement tools that enhance advisor efficiency
• Establish mentorship and coaching programs to accelerate advisor development
• Create systematic approaches to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks

The Ideal Match 

• 8+ years of experience in wealth management practice management or advisor development
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful practice management programs
• Deep understanding of wealth management operations and technology
• Experience leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellence in relationship building and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree or industry certifications preferred

Bonus Points 

• Previous experience at a hybrid or tech-forward wealth management firm
• Track record of scaling advisor success programs
• Experience with CRM implementation and optimization
• Background in wealth management operations or technology
• Relevant certifications (CFP, CIMA, etc.)
• Experience with modern practice management tools and platforms
