We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to support the Firm's Advisory group.
YOUR TEAM.
Reporting to the Advisory Marketing Lead, the Marketing Specialist implements campaigns and helps oversee marketing programs that drive awareness and lead generation in support of the advisory marketing plan.
As a member of the Portfolio Marketing Team, the successful Specialist will be well versed in project coordination/management, have experience contributing to marketing campaigns using inbound and outbound marketing methods, and have the ability to build strong working relationships with practice professionals, business development, and marketing teams to maximize visibility, engagement and lead generation from existing clients and targeted accounts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate the external and internal resources needed to complete marketing programs.
- Monitor progress of marketing initiatives and keep stakeholders informed and on deadline
- Assist the Advisory Marketing Lead and marketing operations team with campaign planning and program development.
- Coordinate with practice leaders, business development and marketing teams to identify marketing opportunities.
- Engage partners to build stronger social media networks to drive campaign content
- Support the Advisory Marketing Lead and marketing operations team on marketing automation deliverables including e-mail content and list criteria.
- Collaborate with the Advisory Marketing Lead and other marketers on national and regional event program development and execution.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral including sell sheets, capabilities decks, datasheets, client references, sales tools, web pages and case studies.
- Provide event coordination and logistics support, including facilitating webinars, maintaining contracts and invoices, and track attendance utilizing the firm's CRM system.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2 years of professional services marketing experience, consulting experience a plus
- Strong project coordination/management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks on deadline.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- A team player who collaborates effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of professional services marketing approaches; B2B experience supporting B2B marketing preferred
- Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Marketing Project Management a plus.
- Experience with social media promotion (LinkedIn, Twitter) a plus.
