Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 在3D应用开发过程中，与设计和研发团队保持良好沟通，确保3D设计资源在Unity3D中顺利整合，制定技术美术标准，并根据需求制作shader以保障设计需求的实现
2. 为设计人员提供技术支持，解决Unity3D下的3D设计效果技术难题
3. 设计和实现高质量的视觉特效，优化3D应用的图形性能，确保在各类设备上的流畅运行
4. 撰写和维护相关文档和指南
5. 培养团队中的新成员，提高他们的3D设计和开发能力
6. 关注行业前沿技术，探索和引入新技术和方法，提高团队整体水平

岗位要求：
1. 计算机科学、艺术设计或相关领域的本科及以上学历
2. 5年以上技术美术工作经验，3年以上Unity3D项目经验，作为核心人员参与过至少一款有影响力的3D应用开发
3. 精通Unity3D引擎及其相关工具和插件，熟练掌握C#编程语言，能够编写高效脚本和工具
4. 精通shader，能够制作符合设计需求的shader，并具备shader性能优化经验
5. 熟悉主流3D设计软件（如3DMax、Maya、Blender、ZBrush等），具备良好的3D设计能力
6. 优秀的沟通和协作能力，良好的审美和逻辑思维能力，能够独立解决技术美术相关问题，确保3D设计效果的实现落地
7. 积极主动，能承受工作压力，对3D应用开发充满热情
8. 熟悉其他3D引擎（如Unreal Engine），参与过知名游戏项目研发者优先
