AEM Architect (Adobe Experience Manager)

Description

We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Architect to engineer large-scale technology solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.

This hire will define & construct solution roadmap and integration, prepare technical architecture, infrastructure design, form content strategy, set up digital marketing suite, aid clients with marketing channels, client communication, team monitoring, sprint planning, project planning, production maintenance and performance tuning.

You will develop materials to explain sophisticated technical problems and solutions for both business and technical teams and present material to leadership teams. In this role, we require rapid development & design thinking of desired features and execution of next generation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Craft industry-specific digital architecture with roles involving analysis, design, development, administration, and integration of distributed architecture applications in web-based, internet/intranet, client/server, and Content Management applications.
• Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on Adobe products.
• Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and web content management platforms, integrating a full collage of supporting technologies including AEM, Search, Adobe Social, Analytics, Communities, Target, Dynamic Tag Manager, Launch and others
• Generate powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc.
• Setup the Bootstrapping for project, review the migration & recommend approach
• Implement key technical constructs of the program, diagnose, and address technical problems related to implementation
• Network with clients to build end-to-end specifications for content & collaboration solutions, coordinate and guide the internal and vendor development teams on regular development activities
• Provide inputs and direction to senior developers & Architects in the team for designing and implementation and be directly involved in technical details when needed for critical issues.
• Detail implementation processes, quality gates and standards for design and development, defining standard methodologies to handle performance, security, and scalability of the Digital Platforms
• Review and provide advice on technical proficiency of the resources for both internal as well as external onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Crafted and developed web architecture supporting Responsive Adobe web platform and background of architecting at least 3 large AEM global implementation with a scalable framework in support of the rapid development of multiple sites.
• Skilled in design, development, and implementation of Adobe's AEM, the Web Content System using AEM 6.X. Install, support, maintain and troubleshoot knowledge of enterprise-level monitoring and leadership skills with various OS environments VMware and virtual systems.
• Proficient in MEAN Stack development. MongoDB, Angular JS, Node.js, and Express.js framework.
• AEM Architect Certified.
• Established strong, effective, working relationships with the multiple collaborators across global organization and proven customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Delivered Adobe Experience Manager sites with integration to other Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign & Adobe Social
• Collaborated with different business partners and worked with multicultural teams at various levels
• Strong SDLC experience: familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently
• Owned platform, investigated improvements to processes and proactively drive towards excellence

Work Location & Travel Requirements

Work remotely with occasional travel to client location as needed by project.

Salary & Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $175,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
