AEM Developer

Title: AEM Developer
Type: Contract Position
Length: 3 months w/ likely extension 
Location: Remote 
We are looking for candidate with extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and a strong background in configuring and integrating Microsoft Translator within AEM. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing AEM solutions to meet business needs, with a focus on multilingual content management and seamless integration with cloud-based translation services.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including at least 2 years working with AEMaaCS.
• Proven experience in configuring and integrating Microsoft Translator within AEM environments.
• Strong background in building and deploying AEM solutions in cloud environments, particularly AEMaaCS.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in AEM technologies, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, Sightly/HTL, and Granite UI.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AEM-related tools and frameworks, such as Multi-Site Manager (MSM) and Dispatcher.

Key Responsibilities

• AEM Development:
  
  • Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services in an AEMaaCS environment.
  • Optimize AEM instances for performance, scalability, and security, adhering to best practices and standards.
• Multilingual Content Management:
  
  • Configure and manage language masters, language copies, and translation workflows within AEMaaCS.
  • Implement and maintain resource mapping strategies to ensure seamless translation of forms and other content across multiple languages.
• Microsoft Translator Integration:
  
  • Configure and integrate Microsoft Translator with AEM to automate and enhance the translation process.
  • Develop custom workflows and connectors to leverage Microsoft Translator's capabilities within the AEM environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to translation services and ensure the accuracy and quality of translated content.
