This is an AEM Developer position with responsibility to provide development and support for the Global Information Technology Marketing AEM system. Reports to Sr. Manager and Partners with 3rd party vendors and internal IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and configure web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, Advanced JavaScript, CSS, Sass, Less, React, Angular and API Web services.
• Assist internal and vendor teams in achieving strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation, taking a technical leadership role in some circumstances.
• Deliver high quality development services to growing marketing needs.
• Understand the Company's technical environment and how we use technology to across multiple platforms.
• Provide input into estimating engagement activities and implement engagements following the Agile methodology including SCRUM.
• Document knowledge and standard methodologies.
• Proactively gain a level of technical expertise through internally and externally available learning opportunities as applicable as well as self-study.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years web development experience
• 2 years Experience with Adobe Experience Manager with design and development of components, templates, dialogues and workflows
• Backend Java Development experience in a team environment.
• Experience in the development and configuration of AEM Single Page Application using React/Angular, Sling models, Content as a service model(Content/experience fragments), AEM Style system and Dispatcher configuration.
• Experience in HTML, DHTML, CSS and Advanced Javascript
• Experience in groovy scripts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills.
• Adapt to and work successfully with a variety of engagements and in high-reaching situations.
• Strong alignment to a consistent delivery methodology and associated result generation.
• Administration and debugging of Web servers, e.g. Apache is a plus.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology applying Java language constructs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AEM Developer or Lead developer Certification.
• UI development with CSS3 HTML5 and Javascript libraries.

Salary Range $96,640 - $141,435 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
