Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for candidate with experience as AEM Developer for FTE role open for remote.

Location Washington DC Area

Duration: Full Time only - "Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)."

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Skill Set-

Must Have-

Hands on experience implementing frameworks and architecting and solutioning in AEM • Experience in design & development of custom solution on top of AEM and Marketing Cloud infrastructure. • Should have knowledge of setting up and configuring AEM servers (author, publish and web server with dispatcher). • Excellent hands on experience in CQ/AEM & Java/J2EE experience(minimum 5+ Yrs) • Previous experience on CQ and other Web Content Management systems is a plus • Solid technical expertise and troubleshooting skills • Excellent hands on experience in dispatcher, redirects and vanities configurations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills.

Preferred Qualifications-

• Should be comfortable working in Agile environment with SCRUM and drive the meetings
• 10+ years of experience leading a team and mentoring team members
• 3+ AEM experience in any well-known software environment
