Job Title: AEM Translation Specialist/Coordinator
Location: Tijuana, Mexico
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Translation Coordinator with a specialization in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex translation projects within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring the detailed integration of translated content across our global platforms.
This role demands a deep understanding of AEM's architecture, as well as proficiency in translation management systems such as World Server.

Education & Experience
- BA/BS required
- 3-5+ years of experience in website translation, managing translation content within content management systems
- Specialization in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and/ or Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience with project management tools, WorkFront a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Translation Project Management: Build, manage, and coordinate translation projects within AEM, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output.
Technical Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues within AEM that affect translation projects, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Expertise and Guidance: Serve as a subject matter authority on AEM for translation, localization, and regionalization processes, providing mentorship and support to team members and partners.
System Proficiency: Use World Server and other translation management systems to handle content effectively.
Translation Handling: Import and export translation projects through AEM, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all languages.
Global Partnership: Communicate and collaborate with linguistic reviewers and teams globally to maintain content integrity and relevance.
Content Creation and Publishing: Author and edit content directly in AEM, ensuring that all published content meets the company's quality and brand standards.
Interpersonal Skills: Employ strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear understanding and execution of translation projects.
