The Automotive Electrification and Sustainable Energy team is looking for a Business Analyst, passionate about building business data models and delivering data driven insights to accelerate the growth of the business.
Business Analyst
- Create and provide weekly/monthly revenue projections.
- Measure and track KPI's
- Collect and maintain forecast data.
- Build dashboards to support General Managers
- Support business managers with data collection and analysis
- Work with divisional and cross-organizational analysts to ensure quality and consistency of strategic analysis across the enterprise.
- Supports communication of critical themes and messages to internal and external stakeholders
- Supports various special project assignments and ad hoc reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical, management, or data-science discipline
- 2 years of experience in related field
- Proficient with Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- A master's degree in business, analytics, or other related degree
- Ability to break down complex problems into pieces that can be solved with data, analysis, assumptions, and judgment.
- Ability to create financial models and presentations for executive level audience.
- Ability to communicate-both in writing and in person-clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and with limited oversight.
- Experience programming PowerBI and/or QlikView a big plus
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, and building strong, trusting relationships with colleagues across all levels and areas of the company.
- Passion for the automotive industry and the impact it can have on our world.
