The Automotive Electrification and Sustainable Energy team is looking for a Business Analyst, passionate about building business data models and delivering data driven insights to accelerate the growth of the business.

Business Analyst

• Create and provide weekly/monthly revenue projections.
• Measure and track KPI's
• Collect and maintain forecast data.
• Build dashboards to support General Managers
• Support business managers with data collection and analysis
• Work with divisional and cross-organizational analysts to ensure quality and consistency of strategic analysis across the enterprise.
• Supports communication of critical themes and messages to internal and external stakeholders
• Supports various special project assignments and ad hoc reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical, management, or data-science discipline
• 2 years of experience in related field
• Proficient with Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• A master's degree in business, analytics, or other related degree
• Ability to break down complex problems into pieces that can be solved with data, analysis, assumptions, and judgment.
• Ability to create financial models and presentations for executive level audience.
• Ability to communicate-both in writing and in person-clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and with limited oversight.
• Experience programming PowerBI and/or QlikView a big plus
• Enthusiasm for collaboration, and building strong, trusting relationships with colleagues across all levels and areas of the company.
• Passion for the automotive industry and the impact it can have on our world.
