The opportunity to join our fast-paced U.S. Markets Revenue and Commissions Accounting Team. Responsible for administration of monthly commission payments and management reports with the opportunity to be a key player in the evolution of the commissions accounting process as TransUnion integrates recent acquisitions. High visibility role with upside to build and maintain scalable, division-wide processes.
What You'll Bring:• 3-6 years of professional accounting/finance and/or commissions accounting experience• Understanding of accounting rules and principles (GAAP) and close processes• Analytical ability and problem-solving skills• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines and work independently• Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrix environment• Experience using an ERP accounting system• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills• Effectively communicate across various teams, including peers and management• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
We'd love to see:• Experience with Xactly, PeopleSoft, OneStream, Tableau, Salesforce• A critical thinker and problem solver; able to share ideas with the team for process improvement

Impact You'll Make:
- Administer monthly commission statements and payouts
- Produce monthly commission analytics package reviewed by leadership
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including annual commission expense, as well as other duties as assigned
- Identify and capitalize upon opportunities to streamline business processes
- Contribute to month-end close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses
- Support yearly audit by providing evidence/support to internal/external auditors re: commissions process
- Work on special projects including systems conversions, interfacing with all levels of the organization
- Creating and/or maintaining internal controls documentation (i.e., SOX) for commissions process
