Job responsibilities

You will work mainly on Invoice processing. Main tasks are both external (interrelating with the Administrative external provider) and internal (liaising with indoor operative function like Purchasing and Logistic, liaising/reporting to head quarter/management). You will be also a support for some activities on general ledger and basic credit management.

Essential skills and Experience (must haves)

• Good knowledge of operative tasks linked to the Invoice processing in industrial/service companies and a basic background on VAT/Custom duties treatment on accounting side. Payment run management. Basic knowledge about general ledger accounting matters.
• Good MS Office skills
• SAP proficient (MM - FI module)
• German, English speaker
• Communicative and focused
