The Job:

Suited Connector is looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to help support the growing online Affiliate/Publisher portfolios of our VP, Director, and Senior Account Managers and to leverage our in-house and 3rd party campaigns in the mortgage, insurance, and home services verticals. Specifically, our team needs an eager individual willing to join a fast-paced team, learn on their feet and develop meaningful relationships with both the team and a wide variety of Affiliates we manage. The role requires no previous direct Affiliate work experience, simply a drive to absorb as much as he or she can about how we manage Affiliate relationships, leverage traffic channels to grow our business, and gain familiarity with the complex systems in use to manage these partnerships.

 

Role details:

  • Assist with the management of current Affiliate partnerships by quickly building personal relationships with our clients, assessing opportunities, and helping with daily technical, administrative, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Continual collaboration with the VP, Director, and Sr. Affiliate Managers along with various external affiliate partnerships to identify opportunities and overcome objections in regards to growth
  • Quickly learn to navigate partnerships and sell our campaigns to Affiliates covering multiple traffic types, including Email, Social, Native, Listicle, Paid Search marketing, and more.
  • Represent Suited Connector both online and in person to promote our various traffic offerings and recruit new business partnerships.
  • Consult these Affiliates through collaborating with a multitude of departments, leveraging analytics, tech, and acquiring specific vertical knowledge.
  • Continually monitor affiliate performance and stay up to date on our various performance needs to ensure we remain competitive and ROI positive on marketing spends.
  • Meet and exceed shared quarterly revenue benchmarks and other goals given to you by the leadership team.

 

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would have the following experience and skills required:

  • Proven, recent, and quantifiable track record of customer service, sales, or online marketing, driving results and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Possess a drive to develop relationships with clients, work closely with peers and managers and work to quickly deliver what clients need to be successful with us.
  • Ability to leverage Suited Connector's value to affiliates; including the signup, management, and growth of accounts over time.
  • Quickly develop a knowledge of key KPIs we and our buyers have to deliver up-to-date information to our affiliates.
  • Comfortable growing technical and reporting knowledge to maximize digital marketing results.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel/Google Sheets.

Employment Information:

  • Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
  • Competitive revenue based incentive plan in addition to base salary compensation
