Affiliate Administrator

The Affiliate Administrator will be the point of contact between Americor’s Affiliate Partners and all Americor departments in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. The Affiliate Administrator maintains and gathers client information and documentation, manages deadlines, and provides outstanding customer service to the Affiliate Partners and other internal departments.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour 

Work Location: 18200 Von Karman Ave. Irvine, CA 92612
Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between the Affiliate Partners and Americor teams.
• Ensure the quality of settlement letter uploads for accuracy.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the Affiliate Partners to keep them apprised of the status of the accounts that they are working on.
• Communicate with Affiliates via email, phone calls, and chat. 
• Create tasks, maintain accurate notes in the CRM, and follow up on daily tasks as necessary. 
• Meet deadlines on tasks and all position-related projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal departments and Affiliate Partners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Detailed knowledge of creditor guidelines and a strong understanding of the debt resolution process.
• Outstanding relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly and effectively.
• Great attention to detail, with the ability to properly apply policies and procedures to various situations.
• Superior time management, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently.

Education and Experience:

• 1 year of experience in Debt resolution is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Training experience is a plus.
