Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager

Position overview

Xapo Bank is seeking a strategic collaborator to develop and manage partnerships with paid affiliates and influencers spanning macro micro and nano levels to build trust expand reach and deliver measurable business results. This role emphasizes identifying and leveraging authentic credible voices that align with the Xapo brand resonate with Bitcoin enthusiasts and the Bitcoin-curious and drive awareness engagement and member acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate and influencer strategies that align with acquisition and brand objectives ensuring measurable impact on awareness engagement and member growth.

• Identify and onboard credible affiliates and influencers whose voices resonate with Bitcoin users and align with the brand’s positioning.

• Build and manage strong relationships with affiliates influencers and affiliate agencies to maximize the value of partnerships.

• Negotiate commission rates and partnership terms to optimize outcomes for both Xapo and affiliates/influencers.

• Track and analyze channel performance such as engagement reach and ROI in collaboration with the Data team providing regular reports to the broader team and leadership that highlight key wins and learnings.

• Stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities in the affiliate and influencer marketing space particularly within crypto and financial services

• Partner with Content Community and Growth Marketing team to identify opportunities for synergy

• Oversee the content planning and creative assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and resonance with target audiences.

• Leverage performance data to scale successful campaigns and explore new opportunities.

Skills needed

• Proven expertise in affiliate and influencer marketing particularly within fintech or cryptocurrency.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques to drive impactful programs.

• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency ecosystems alongside trends in the fintech space.

• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics BI dashboards) to track measure and report performance metrics.

• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques for audience engagement.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain effective partnerships with affiliates and influencers.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Content Community Growth Product Data etc.
