We are seeking a full-time Affiliate Manager to join our team. The Affiliate Manager is responsible for implementing and managing our affiliate program, developing new affiliate partnerships, and strengthening existing relationships. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations to improve affiliate performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations to improve affiliate performance.
• Actively monitor and report on Affiliate fraud, traffic, and KPIs.
• Actively cultivate new Affiliate relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Manage budgets and demonstrate ROAS.
• Determine the commission structure/format that best fits our needs.
• Assist and advise on platform tracking implementations.
• Make recommendations on Affiliate platform usage.
• Assist with providing affiliates sanctioned creative and other brand standards.
• Ensure affiliates adhere to our standards/guidelines and hold them accountable when they do not.
• Primary owner of Everflow and point of contact for EF representatives
• Screening and approval of new partners
• Designate Partners to the "Do Not Pay List" and/or "Do Not Work With List"
• Develop scripts & documentation to standardize communications
• Develop & document policies and procedures around fraud and underperformance and offer eligibility
• Facilitate troubleshooting payment methods or other invoicing issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Travel to Affiliate Conferences
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Have good collaboration skills, and work with multiple departments to accomplish goals.
• Familiarity with Everflow is a plus
