Affiliate Marketing Associate

The Affiliate Marketing Associate will support HealthPlanOne's affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate with use strong communication skills and a "hunter" mindset to diversify HealthPlanOne's traffic sources by expanding our current affiliate base.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Continuously identify and recruit top-quality, topically relevant publishers.
• Keep internal stakeholders informed on the progress of new partners by maintaining and presenting an affiliate pipeline.
• Understand HealthPlanOne's compliance requirements in order to screen out non-compliant partners/opportunities.
• Become the point of contact for new and existing partners as internal or external needs arise.
• Partner with the Business Development team to understand daily/weekly volume demands and effectively communicate campaign adjustments to partners in a timely fashion.
• Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to scope out new opportunities, gain industry insights, provide performance reviews, and suggest best practices.
• Respond to affiliate requests for campaign performance reports and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Partner with HealthPlanOne's Onboarding specialist to initiate the onboarding process of new partners.
• Assist with the month end reporting on affiliate campaigns.
• Organize and coordinate meets for trade shows and conferences.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, data analysis, or communications
• 1-3 years of experience with performance marketing and lead generation or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• The ability to set internal/external expectations and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Experience with affiliate marketing.
• Experience with performance marketing and lead generation.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
