Affiliate Marketing Coordinator (all genders)

Highsnobiety are looking for an experienced Affiliate Activations Coordinator (all genders) to join our content monetization and shopping team in Berlin. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced and creative environment. This individual should have some experience in leading and executing projects as well as some Affiliate Marketing knowledge.

YOUR MISSION:

• Planning, organizing and managing both paid and organic content from start to finish
• Collaborating with the Shopping Team (Editor, Curator, Sales) to ensure that paid content is delivered on-time and in line with clients' needs
• Have a strong knowledge of current fashion and cultural trends to ensure that all shopping content is relevant for our readership
• Work closely with the team to improve workflows and processes
• Analyze affiliate data to share with the client and make informed decisions to maximize the performance of our content
• Be client-facing; build and maintain strong relationships with existing paid clients as well assist the sales manager with outreach to new potential clients

YOUR SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management or Affiliate experience within the creative industry 
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Some basic knowledge of Affiliate Networks & Tracking
• Resilient and able to handle multiple projects at all times
• Understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and audience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory
• Solution-oriented
• Ability to analyze and present data as well as skills in excel 
• Some knowledge of paid social is a plus
• Enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team
