About the Role:

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. Today our clients get great vet care at our physical clinics around the northeast (expanding this year to Chicago) and with our virtual care team. We are looking for an experienced marketer who will lead the buildout of our affiliate program as a new channel to acquire clients.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will sit on our growth marketing team with a strong emphasis on experimentation and impact through relationships. The team is looking for someone with a unique blend of analytical, creative and communication talents.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategize, plan and prioritize new partners, campaigns and initiatives in support of the affiliate channel’s booking goals.
  • Drive innovation with partners to get them excited to promote Bond Vet.
  • Develop and execute strategy across the affiliate marketing ecosystem including SOWs, payout models, and contracts.
  • Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like legal, finance, product and the rest of our marketing team.
  • Develop robust tests and learnings to improve performance and marketing spend efficiencies, based on data and analytical insights.
  • Provide account support to existing campaigns including but not limited to pixel placements, suppression file administration, and creative and technical updates.
  • Manage the day-to-day communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns, and handle all general questions and technical issues as needed.
  • Assist with testing new channels for brand awareness and lead gen.

You Have:

  • 4 years experience in business development, sales, affiliate marketing or account executive role.
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly detailed marketing manager that can provide thought leadership to the affiliate channel.
  • A strong understanding of different marketing channels, their goals and how they work.
  • Innovation and ability to think “outside the box”.
  • Creative affiliate partner prospecting skills – able to get creative in finding new opportunities and negotiating deals.
  • Experience negotiating and advocating for your perspective.
  • Effective and timely communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
