About the Role 

SaaS Academy is looking for an experienced, passionate Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our world-class Marketing Team. In this dynamic position, you'll take on the responsibility of discovering, expanding, and nurturing affiliate partnerships. This team member’s contributions will be instrumental in advancing our industry leadership, increasing the influx of qualified traffic, delivering high-value offers to our community, and surpassing our revenue goals.

Here are the primary components of our Affiliate Marketing Manager role:

Responsibilities:

1. Explore new affiliate opportunities: Implement strategic outreach and collaboration initiatives to identify, engage, and cultivate new affiliates/partners, nurturing a dynamic network that enhances our brand visibility, boosts qualified traffic, and drives sales.
2. Strengthen relationships with our current affiliates: Establish clear communication, provide ongoing support, and create more opportunities for promotions, ensuring a collaborative partnership that maximizes mutual success.
3. Increase affiliate participation: Through world-class support and engagement, amplify participation and performance among our current affiliates in ongoing promotions and campaigns.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Proven track record of success in affiliate management, business development, closing deals, and/or sales
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and performance metrics
• Candid communication skills
• Engaging speaker and active listener
• Cold calling experience
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Proficiency with our tech stack: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion, HubSpot

Preferred:

• Technical proficiency within affiliate tracking systems
