Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking an equally passionate Affiliate Marketing Specialist to positively impact the development and management of our affiliate marketing programs to drive growth and increase revenue. This is a supporting role, specifically focused on the growth of the affiliate leads program to help meet business demand generation objectives, including coordinating all aspects of the affiliate onboarding lifecycle. Ultimately, the Affiliate Marketing Specialist will manage their own affiliate partnerships, and be responsible for holding status calls, negotiating pricing, and maintaining monthly volume, budget, and performance expectations for each of their vendors.

Essential Job Functions

• Prospecting and vetting new inbound lead and traffic opportunities to drive measurable business growth
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, media platforms and other inbound partners through research, networking, and outreach
• Work with IT to facilitate technical implementation for onboarding new lead sources and campaigns in Active Prospect, Salesforce, and Five9
• Manage relationships with affiliate, media and agency partners, ensuring clear communication and providing the necessary support
• Measure & analyze inbound traffic and conduct regular performance reviews to optimize and improve affiliate performance through Sales Call Center and Outside Sales to drive individual productivity
• Monitor affiliate activity, including traffic, sales, and conversions, to identify customer journey areas for improvement
• Optimize ROI customer acquisition strategies across paid channels
• Support buy-side affiliate and media partner relationships, including budgets and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships
• Consult and help support media buys related to customer lead acquisition
• Maintain PosiGen’s brand VIS ID and style guidelines throughout all internal and external campaigns 

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
• Excellent understanding and experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Proven track record of driving successful affiliate marketing strategies and delivering measurable results
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Cloud Storage (Dropbox, Google Drive), Macintosh Operating System, and Salesforce
