Affiliate Network Manager

Title: Network Manager

Location: Remote

The Affiliate Network Manager acts as a liaison between LTK’s affiliate network partners and various cross-functional LTK teams. This role is responsible for supporting network operations of transactional revenue including affiliate network issue resolution, owns network technical and business updates with partnership managers and leads new network integrations. A successful candidate must have expertise in affiliate network technology, including technical troubleshooting. This role will support day to day affiliate network partnerships and identify opportunities for continued operational optimization. This candidate must be a strong relationship manager and have excellent project management skills. Prioritization skills are required to drive projects to completion with attention to detail and concise communication. The role works cross-functionally with the creator support and brand support teams to bring all network related issues to resolution in a timely manner. This candidate is comfortable with troubleshooting tracking outages, commission issues and general affiliate network reporting and terms inquiries. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

• Develop and Manage relationships with affiliate network partner contacts 
• Stay current on network tech, network roadmap and any network wide changes that impact LTK and communicate these to LTK stakeholders
• Coordinate efforts between networks and LTK teams to ensure accurate, timely data synchronization 
• Escalate and fast track issues between LTK, Network, Brands and Creators that block ongoing business operations, driving them quickly to resolution
• Manage a wide range of business and technical issues cross functionally and with brand clients and creators

Key Requirements: 

• 5 years of relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing 
• Technical and Operational knowledge in network integration and publisher attribution
• Experience with navigating affiliate network reports, commission rates and advertiser terms and conditions
• Familiarity with Javascript, HTML, SQL preferred, particularly pixel and network integration tech 
• Experience with Jira, Slack, Zendesk and Confluence preferred 
• Strong Excel skills preferred
