General position summary:

Primary responsibility is to provide support to the Affinity Services Consultant to affect a successful transaction for customers of Sterling Lexicon's Affinity Services business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for customer data entry and lead management in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Support Affinity Services Consultants with real estate transaction management including but not limited to entering customer data in our real estate referral system, placing, and tracking referrals with service providers, and assist with various other transaction management tasks as needed.
  • Provide back-up support to Affinity Services Consultants by fielding inbound customer and service provider telephone calls and emails.
  • Assist Affinity Services Management Team with running and distributing management reports as needed.
  • Audit relevant data in CRM and transaction management systems to ensure data integrity for accurate lead and transaction tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with training of new hires as requested.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to improve job-related skills, responding to direction and constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner
  • Show flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments
  • Attend and actively participate in all team and/or other meetings and training sessions as deemed appropriate
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients, and service providers
  • Accept additional job assignments and participate in project work as requested

Education & Experience:
  • Preferred one to three years related experience and/or training in relocation industry or closely related customer service industry (real estate, mortgage, property management, etc.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • General knowledge of U.S. residential real estate transactions preferred

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Operations:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as CRM, HRIS, and other applications used in the performance of job duties.

  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
