Affixture Specialist (Hybrid, in office 3x/week)

Hybrid - In office up to 3x per week in Chandler, AZ.

How you’ll do it:

Cascade Financial Services is a Mortgage Banker focused 100% on financing prefabricated housing as an obtainable option of homeownership.  The Affixture Specialist acquires the Manufactured Home origin and title documents after the homeowners financing is closed and processes them according to program requirements.

• Submit Manufactured Home origin documents to the appropriate state government agency to obtain and perfect lien on title.
• Surrender title documents and complete necessary applications for affixture and conversion of the Manufactured Home to real property as required by the loan program.
• Work effectively with internal departments, Property Compliance, Construction Loan Management Specialists, Underwriting, Fulfillment, and outside agencies, builders, and Manufactured Home Retailers as necessary to complete lien perfections and affixtures.
• Meet personal and team KPI’s regularly.
• Communicate effectively with all internal and external parties to achieve intended results.
• Support Post Closing team with any other responsibilities asked.
• Contribute to the team and company by speaking up and sharing ideas for improvement, growth, and improved culture, work environment and productivity.

What you’ll need to join Cascade:

• Demonstrate a verbal understanding of how collateral, and collateral documentation relate to a home mortgage and why the Affixture Specialist is a critical position.
• Previous finance and or lien perfection experience in mortgage, auto or other financial field.
• Demonstrated familiarity with a windows environment, Microsoft Office, and other general business applications.
• Experience with Encompass highly preferred.
