Affordability Analytics Senior Advisor - Evernorth (Remote, Work from Home, United States)

What We Do: Enable more affordable Healthcare by enabling Cigna's network contracting organization to negotiate best-in-class rates with healthcare providers. We bring prescriptive insights to the forefront of the decision making processes and position our teams to achieve better outcomes as a result of our work.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure development and execution against enterprise affordability improvement strategies
• Synthesize complex subject matter into simple and relatable terms
• Curate executive-level presentations that tell our value story, while teasing out delivery risks, key learnings, and our proposed path forward
• Establish and lead - cross-functional operational and project initiatives - assembling and mobilizing capable, appropriately staffed teams to achieve project and strategic goals
• Bring energy and creative drive to effectively lead team of high performing professionals across multiple segments and functions
• Work collaboratively with leadership team on all aspects of day-to-day operating activities to aggressively manage performance and execution against our most critical initiatives
• Maintain line of sight to our metrics and milestones that lead to celebrating Champaign moments
• Exercise strong business acumen with successful P&L management and ability to balance delivery of programs against budget realities; offers recommendations on how to allocates resources and manage operating expenses to maximize P&L, while managing risk

This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Capability to drive an independent work stream in the context of a broader team project
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $104,700 - $174,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
