Job Description

Apogee is actively seeking a full-time FMS Management Analyst to be located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will prepare and maintain program documentation and briefing materials and maintain configuration of international agreements, manpower profiles, and manpower data and update international sales-related and complex management reports.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials and record/track program action items and suspenses for events such as meetings, reviews, working groups, and audits
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance for visiting personnel assuring proper clearance of foreign visitors and agendas
  • Utilize the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and Security Assistance Management Information System (SAMIS) information systems to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letter of Offer & Acceptance (LOA) and associated manpower profiles/data creation, coordination, amendment, and modification.
  • Assist in preparing Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) travel arrangements and travel vouchers using Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Provide support with logistics management support as needed
  • Provide support with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) manpower tracking

What you'll need:

  • Security Clearance Required: Secret
  • Must possess one of the following education and experience combinations:
    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (5+ years preferred), OR
    • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience working with functional managers, outside agencies, and Contractor personnel
  • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) preferred
  • Experience with Air Force manpower tracking preferred
  • Experience with Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and Security Assistance Management Information System (SAMIS) is preferred
  • Experience with Commander's Resource Integration System (CRIS) is preferred
  • Experience with Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) is preferred
