Salary Range: $26.00 - $27.00 hr

Our Central Support is responsible for the following:
- Provide JDLink™ support, evaluate JDLink™ Alerts, and create Work Orders as needed.
- Provide Technical Support to customers for John Deere Equipment.
- Provide optimization support for mainstream Integrated Solutions technologies.
- Utilize Service Advisor Remote™, Remote Display Access, DTAC/CCMS, and other John Deere resources to proactively diagnose equipment issues.
- Determine whether customer issues can be resolved over the phone or coordinate with the responsible Service department to create work orders and set up service calls.
- May manage the Expert Alert distribution process for all locations.
- Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
- May manage the Machine Health Dashboard tool to proactively monitor incoming diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- May assist Service Departments during high call volume by answering overflow service/parts calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
- 3+ years’ experience in Service Department operations.
- Experience with basic computer functions; experience using Deere systems preferred.
- Experience with the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting reports.
- Experience solving problems effectively with the best possible outcome for all involved.
