After Sales Technician

Job Summary: The After Sales Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and service to customers who have purchased battery products, including EV battery packs and modules. This position involves addressing post-sale inquiries, performing diagnostics, and conducting necessary repairs to ensure customer satisfaction with our products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and service to customers for battery products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and concerns reported by customers.
• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on battery products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the After Sales Engineer and Customer Service team to ensure timely resolution of post-sale problems.
• Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance, for record-keeping and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or technician role, preferably in the field of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Educational background in a relevant field, such as Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.

Base Pay Information: Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range. The specific base pay for the After Sales Technician role will depend on factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
