The Opportunity
Join our team as an Aftermarket Sales Manager, where you will spearhead dealership aftermarket sales, focusing on generating revenue from parts, attachments, lubricants, and services. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective dealer aftermarket sales and marketing strategies, ensuring the success of genuine, tiered, and remanufactured parts solutions. Your leadership and insights will be pivotal in meeting our sales and profitability targets within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for aftermarket products.
  • Gather and provide timely market insights to influence marketing strategies.
  • Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
  • Effectively manage dealer teams, especially in a remote setting
  • Achieve sales and profitability goals within your area.


About You
Are you someone who thrives on driving growth, building stronger dealer relationships, and has a passion for aftermarket sales?
Preferred skills

  • Experienced in Business/Management, Marketing, or Sales Management
  • Field sales experience with dealer/distributor development
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities in the aftermarket sales environment.
  • Result Driven Mindset
  • Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships
  • The ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to various audiences, including stakeholders and potential clients
