Job Description
Agency Account Managers at Click Here Digital manage a multi-million dollar portfolio of large and complex accounts and build relationships that foster client retention. You will plan, execute and consult digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives while incorporating industry best practices across multiple channels.
MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN DIGITAL MARKETING, specifically Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Programmatic Display and Video, Connected TV (CTV/OTT), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing. You will work directly with clients to review performance through in-office/virtual meetings and travel for client consultations as needed.
This position is dedicated to focusing on client satisfaction. Candidates that excel at relationship building, analyzing data, and are self-motivated will thrive in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key account relationships and provide exceptional support to our clients
- Daily client communication on advertising strategy and campaign performance (including in-person / travel as needed)
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Translate data from campaign performance results into an actionable narrative for clients
- Evaluate client's needs and assist in ways to drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience in digital marketing is required
- Being able to identify opportunities for up-sells and new product enrollments
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in client services, sales, marketing, and/or advertising (traditional or digital)
- Strong knowledge of the legal or medical industry and processes
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience using industry tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager)
- Experience using CRMs (ex. Salesforce, ADP, Hubspot)
- Strong understanding of SEM/PPC, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling digital marketing solutions
- Agency or sales experience
