Agency and Partner Account Executive, Deals Specialist

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, or media.
• Experience in agreement structuring and negotiation.
• Experience in agreement or media analytics.
• Experience in project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams.
• Experience operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of initiatives from inception to completion.
• Experience working/operating in an international context.
• Knowledge of Google's agreement programs across search, platforms, and/or video.
• Ability to communicate varying concepts to an audience.

• Partner with Account Executives to pitch, structure, and negotiate global agreements.
• Support agreement negotiations by leading the external legal process on agreements to include agreement preparation and review.
• Support agreement activation through use of existing reporting tools and dashboards for agreement reporting, deliver agreement summaries as requested, and ensure all delivery of all materials necessary for agreement achievement and agreement payment.
• Partner with internal Analytics leads to ensure agreement reporting/tracking is in place and monitor agreement delivery goals/pacing post launch.
