Agency Director - Home Care

• Collaborate and work closely at a tactical, strategic, and operational level with team members to execute and prioritize operational activities and strategies
• Develop, implement, and maintain operations of agency and caregiver team members while ensuring consistent quality delivery of client care is coordinated and managed properly
• Communicate and improve agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws, including proper documentation for all files
• Oversee agency nurses with client admissions and initial assessments, supervisory visits, and other ongoing clinical documentation and processes
• Maintain satisfied clients while striving to grow the agency
• Perform tasks as needed to ensure successful operations of the agency

• Proven experience organizing and directing a team leading strategically and effectively to ensure smooth operations
• Strong team and project management skills with ability to wear many hats to successfully identify and resolve agency operational issues
• Demonstrated ability to establish and build rapport and good working relationships
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively and be held accountable for work
• Management experience leading a team collaboratively - Home health or health care experience preferred but not required
• Experience with or ability to learn: Microsoft, Google Suite, Dropbox, Slack, and other software platforms
• Must have a high school diploma - college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
