Each day at AssuranceAmerica is different, but as an Agency Management Systems Coordinator in Sales, you will:
Agency Licensing & Contracting:
o Handle new agency appointments in PTS & state systems.
o Manage terminations of appointments in PTS, state systems, and notify agencies in writing.
o Appoint and terminate agents with the state
o Review and process appointment renewals.
o Update Errors & Omissions (E&O) information.
o Manage agency maintenance tasks (email, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), address updates).
o Execute download setups.
Agency Contacts Management:
- Maintain active and terminated agency contacts in compliance with state and company requirements.
Agency EFT Returns:
- Monitor daily bank reports.
- Notify agency owner/Territory Manager to collect funds.
- Suspend agencies and send letters.
- Generate monthly reports for accounting.
AD&D/Roadside (Towing):
- Monthly verification and processing.
- Facilitate incentive bonus payments.
- Set up new Visa accounts.
- Manage address changes through Skylight.
- Provide support to agents/CSR regarding Visa accounts, deposits, lost/stolen cards.
Sales Reporting:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
Agency Support Backup as needed:
o Provide ongoing support as needed in the following areas.
o Training and onboarding new agents and CSRs for existing agencies.
o Trouble shooting Webrater issues for Territory Managers and agents.
o Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
Fleet Account (Backup):
- Maintain fleet account information.
- Review monthly invoices.
- Manage fuel cards and monthly invoices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical ability to interact with associates, managers, agents, and vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions and proactively recommend improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Must meet company guidelines for attendance/punctuality and maintain a professional appearance.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and MS Office (especially Excel[KW1] ).
Physical Requirementsβ’ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.β’ Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.β’ Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises.
