This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Agency & Operations - REMOTE. In this strategic role, you will significantly impact the transformation of our eCommerce Marketing organization by leveraging data, crafting partnerships, and executing best-in-class media strategies. This position will drive the alignment of internal teams and external partners, ensuring a cohesive retail media approach that meets aggressive growth objectives. You'll work in a dynamic environment that demands adaptability and innovative thinking, as you will be responsible for overseeing essential media operations and cultivating key relationships to enhance our marketing effectiveness.

Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with external Retail Media agency including scope, ways-of-working, & accountability
  • Create routines with Retail Media agency to account for excellence in Budget Management tied to overarching performance
  • Ensure alignment of priorities, timelines, project delivery, & performance expectations with Retail Media agency
  • Define & implement a standardized Retail Media operation model across internal teams to improve collaboration
  • Build scalable processes across budgeting, reporting, billing, and campaign workflows
  • Partner with BUs & eCommerce to translate business priorities into Retail Media strategies
  • Aggregate complex media strategy and performance into clear, actionable insights for different audiences
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on retail media performance and opportunities
  • Help shape the long-term retail media capability roadmap
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, Commerce/eCommerce, or Digital Media
  • Direct experience managing media agencies or retail media partners
  • Extensive media operations understanding (budgeting, reporting, governance)
  • Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders through influence and structured working methods
  • Ability to identify & implement new ways-of-working for operational efficiency
  • Strong strategic thinking to connect media strategies to business goals
  • Experience with Retail Media Networks like Walmart Connect or Amazon Advertising preferred
  • Media buying experience in retail or digital media is a plus
